I was once a high-powered sales professional, juggling demanding deadlines and endless stress. When my daughter was born with special needs, I realized the traditional 9-to-5 job wasn't compatible with the support and flexibility my family required. I made the difficult decision to leave my corporate career and pursue my passion for flowers full-time.
With limited resources, I transformed my two-car garage into a creative workspace. Through hard work, dedication, and a lot of trial and error, I've built a thriving, multi-six-figure floral business. I've learned how to balance creativity with business acumen, and I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with fellow florists.
IÂ wasn't always a success...
For years I struggled with being overwhelmed at my day job and managing my floral side hustle. I was struggling to get everything done- staying up all hours of the night working, and never charging enough to make it feel worth it.
The weddings I was booking were not interesting or lucrative and my clients were difficult to work with. I was exhausted at home and creatively depleted at work. I couldn't figure out why I wasn't attracting fun and inspiring projects.
I used to think profit was a dirty word and that sacrifice and long hours were the keys to success. But I realized that burning out wasn't the answer. By prioritizing myself and focusing on profitability, I've been able to build a thriving business that supports the life I want to live.

I really enjoyed the Rockstar Installation Workshop. It was great to learn how to build different types of installations under Jeni’s professional guidance. So much knowledge was shared about mechanics and how to approach designing in ways I hadn’t tried yet, like the floral chandelier. The workshop truly provided so much value for the price. Incredibly affordable without sacrificing flower quality/variety, instruction time, or personalized attention. The catering was gourmet, the venue was gorgeous and modern, and the networking and camaraderie amongst the participants was lovely. It was so nice connecting with like-minded creatives, with am energy of collaboration and support. The mini photo shoot at the end went beyond my expectations, complete with hair and makeup up - such an excellent way to take advantage of building my portfolio with professional photography of the gorgeous installations. . I can't thank Jeni enough for the clear direction and tangible experience that she was able to deliver in such a short amount of time. We were provided many opportunities to gather social media content, as well as step by step instructions on best practices for grabbing that content in an efficient way. Jeni continues to be a tremendous resource for me as a mentor, and is always willing to offer guidance. Hands down one of the best workshops I’ve attended.
